Position the patient so their face stays inside the on-screen oval guide throughout the scan.
Move the patient forward or backward until the system shows green and confirms correct distance.
Remove glasses, hats, jewelry, or hair that might cover the patient's face during scanning.
Instruct the patient to slowly turn their head left and right. Watch for automatic captures every 10 degrees.
Tell the patient to pause briefly after each head turn so the system can capture clear images.
Remind the patient to keep a calm, relaxed expression without smiling or talking during captures.
When scanning ear areas where face detection fails, keep the patient's head in the oval and click the manual capture button yourself.
✅ The scanning process typically takes 3-5 minutes. The system will guide you through each step with real-time feedback.
